42 Day Weight Loss & Fitness Challenge
Take your health and fitness commitment to the next level. Join us for our 42-day weight loss and fitness challenge, January 21st to March 4th. You will be guided, encouraged, and led by our head fitness coach Vince Gumataotao and our training staff. Let us help you achieve your fitness goals.
- 12 group sessions, 2 days a week
- Training days & times: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 10 am – 12 pm & 4:30 pm – 7 pm
- Weight check & measurements twice a month
- Meal & nutritional plan available
