The Liberty County Chamber of Commerce 2016-2017 Leadership Liberty class had their Economic Development session in May, hosted by the Liberty County Development Authority. The class visited major facilities that impact development in Liberty County and engaged in presentations from SNF Holding Company, Coastal EMC and Georgia Ports Authority.
Chamber members had a fantastic time networking at the April Business After Hours hosted by the Hinesville Area Arts Council on Thursday, April 27th at their gallery located at 102 Commerce St in downtown Hinesville. The event was catered by Rodeo Mexican Restaurant.
We held the April Progress Through People Luncheon on Thursday, April 27th. Thank you so much to ESG Operations, Inc for sponsoring the luncheon featuring Mayor Allen Brown State of City Address. In addition, thank you to Farmhouse Restaurant for catering and to the Liberty County Performing Arts Center for having us!
We had an amazing time celebrating a ribbon cutting for both the Chamber and CVB at our new location, 208 E. Court Street in downtown Hinesville (the historic Bacon-Fraser House) on Wednesday, April 26th. We had a fantastic time celebrating an open house & ribbon cutting for ESG Operations, Inc, the Hinesville City Services partner in Public Works, Utilities Operations and Maintenance. They are located at 613 E.G. Miles Parkway in Hinesville. ESG Operations, Inc is a utility management company specializing in water and wastewater management, public works management, design-build-operating and operational consulting.
The Liberty County Chamber of Commerce 2016-2017 Leadership Liberty class had their Fort Stewart session in April, hosted by the 3rd Infantry Division. The class met with leaders of the installation, explored the Motorpool on base and received a tour of the new 3rd ID Museum.
