September Business After Hours hosted by Hinesville Rotary Club & Jimmy John’s was so much fun! It was a great time of fellowship & information sharing about the valuable contributions that Rotary makes to our community locally and globally.
The Midway Mall (Butler Avenue in Midway) has had a complete revamp & is ready for business! They have several spots available for retail/commercial rentals!
We kicked things off at the YMCA before heading over to La Quinta for a waffles & mimosas bar. We got to spend some time with our local CASA director and learn how to be a volunteer for this incredible organization while enjoying our refreshments. Next, we headed over to Flemington City Hall to introduce our ladies to Mayor Hawkins where we learned some Flemington history and about new housing going up. We scooted across the street to see Stacy’s Florist for a phenomenal tour of their facilities to include the aquaponic greenhouse! Our afternoon was filled with memories, stories and incredible history at Dorchester Academy. We made our way to the Smokin’ Pig in Midway for a delicious BBQ lunch. Our last stop of the day was to see Dr. Lee at her shop Finds.
It was our pleasure to welcome AmeriSpec Inspection Services to our Chamber family today on the steps of the historic Bacon Fraser House! We know you will do great things!
Our September Progress Through People luncheon sponsored by Keep Liberty Beautiful was a hit! With guest speaker Jaynie L. Gaskin from the Georgia Southern University Sea Turtle Program at St. Catherines Island we were able to learn a lot about our local turtles & what we can do to help keep their numbers increasing. Thank you Rodeo Hinesville for the great lunch! #6cchamber
We had a great Progress Through People luncheon today featuring the Liberty County School System! Special thanks to The Farmhouse for the amazing meal! It was interesting to hear about the great things our children and teachers are doing and the amazing strides being made by our local educators! #6cchamber
