Chamber members had a great time networking at the September Business After Hours hosted by Liberty Regional Medical Center on Thursday, September 28th at the main hospital, located at 462 E.G. Miles Parkway in Hinesville.

Young Adult Liberty Leaders: Orientation Session
The Liberty County Chamber of Commerce 2017-2018 Young Adult Liberty Leaders class had their Orientation session in September. The class kicked off their program at the Hinesville branch of Live Oak Public Libraries. Thank you to owner/operator of Chick-fil-A Hinesville, Nick Westbrook, for sponsoring lunch and being the guest lunch speaker.

September Eggs & Issues Breakfast featuring Armstrong State University & Georgia Southern University
We held the September Eggs & Issues Breakfast featuring Armstrong State University and Georgia Southern University on Wednesday, September 27th. Thank you so much to the Coastal Courier for sponsoring the luncheon featuring the presidents of both ASU and GSU. The topic of discussion was the current consolidation plans of the two universities and how this impacts Liberty County now and in the future. In addition, thank you to the Lady J’s Catering for catering and to the Econolodge for having us!

September Progress Through People Luncheon featuring Keep Liberty Beautiful
We held the September Progress Through People Luncheon on Thursday, September 21st. Thank you so much to Keep Liberty Beautiful for sponsoring the luncheon featuring their organization and dedicated volunteers. The volunteers on the panel are members of local business and community organizations. They shared their experiences and reasons they are committed to the Keep Liberty Beautiful organization. In addition, thank you to the Farmhouse Restaurant & Catering for catering and to the Liberty County Performing Arts Center for having us!

Ribbon Cutting for H.E.R Wellness Center, LLC
We had a fun time celebrating a ribbon cutting and open house for H.E.R. Wellness Center, LLC at 1763 Hwy 196 W in Hinesville (the old MACE building). This center provides specialized and patient-centered gynecology care. They plan to provide fitness classes in the future to foster community on preventative care for women’s health and overall positive wellness lifestyle habits.

Ribbon Cutting for Lularoe Nancy Pattillo
We had a lovely time celebrating a ribbon cutting for Lularoe consultant, Nancy Pattillo, at the Chamber Offices located at 208 E. Court St in downtown Hinesville. Lularoe is a quality women’s clothing apparel line. Nancy Pattillo is a consultant that carries over 16 different styles and orders new inventory weekly.
