Coach Wayne! Gymnastics held a Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting at their new location at 1661 Hwy 84 Suite E in Hinesville. Coach Wayne has over 37 years of experience in gymnastics and has trained over 100 gymnastics instructors worldwide. Coach Wayne! Gymnastics teaches children four gymnastics events including vault, floor exercises, bars and balance beams. The December Business After Hours was hosted by the Liberty County Convention and Visitors Bureau. Guests enjoyed networking, great food and live music.
Sear’s Hometown Store held a ribbon cutting on Dec. 15th at their store located at 103B West General Screven Way in Hinesville. Owner Matt Hubbard welcomed Chamber members and staff. Door prizes were raffled off. Sear’s is the go-to place for appliances, tools,lawn mowers, and more. Sear’s is open Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The Liberty County Chamber of Commerce (LCCOC) and Liberty County Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) hosted the 8th Annual Christmas in the Park on Monday, Dec. 1st, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. in Bradwell Park in downtown Hinesville.
Christmas in the Park featured Santa, a petting zoo and children’s activity booths from various businesses and non-profit organizations. Children decorated cookies and create make and take crafts. There was also an electric ride-on train and more.
The evening closed with Crystal Hopkins, a recording artist from Jesup and Atlanta Hawks cheerleader and Dakota Woods, of the band Exit 76, singing Silent Night. The lighting of the Christmas tree took place around 8 p.m.
Vennita’s Scented Body Oils held its ribbon cutting ceremony on Nov. 25th at 207 EG Miles Pkwy. The new business offers a variety of fragrances and oils. Business hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mon.-Fri.
