Location, location, location
If you’re looking for close proximity to larger cities with the hometown feel (and less traffic) then we are the place for you! Liberty County has two exits off I-95 and is located just 44 miles from Savannah’s historic River Street and 67 miles from the Golden Isles.
Museums & Attractions
We gotta have somewhere to store all those historical facts and our museums are top notch! Georgia’s only colonial museum the Midway Museum and Fort Morris Historic Site both showcase some of our oldest stories. Geechee Kunda is an incredible living museum educating and preserving the heritage and life of the Geechee culture. We’re a Southern, coastal community so of course we have the best bites! In addition to some of the freshest seafood and best down home cooking around, we are also lucky enough to have a military neighbor who brings folks from all over the world to give us even more delectable dishes.
