A Solo Traveler’s Guide to Liberty County
There is so much to experience in Liberty County it’s unreal. With social distancing being the new norm, it’s becoming more common for us to embrace solo travel and to go ahead and start planning future trips. We compiled the best solo traveler’s guide that lays out things to do, what to see, where to stay and even when to travel to our coastal community that is Liberty County.
When to Go
The weather here on the coast generally stays warm throughout the year. The colder months, November- February, the temp stays in the 50s and 60s. During the summer months, April-October, it averages 70-90 degrees.
Most tourists think traveling only in the summer opens up all of the activities on the coast. But it’s when the temperatures are a little more tolerable is when it’s easier to do activities that are primarily outside. No matter the weather on the Georgia coast, there’s always something to do!
