A yoga class suitable for beginners and more experienced yogis. Please bring a yoga mat (or a bath towel will work too), and a yoga block if you have one. We also recommend bringing a water bottle and hand towel. Wear comfortable clothes that will allow you to move without restriction. Yoga is practiced in bare feet.
