Family Friendly Events to Look Forward to in March

Now that the weather is warming up, it’s time to get out and explore Liberty!  Take a look at these three upcoming events around our community for you and your family to enjoy next month. Whether you’re looking for fresh produce or an exciting evening with the kiddos there is always something to do and somewhere to go in Liberty County. Small World Festival: March 7, 10AM-4PM at Bryant Commons in Hinesville, GA

Take part in a jam-packed day with the Hinesville Downtown Development Authority and travel around the world at Bryant Commons. Small World 2020 centers around the theme “A Celebration of Carnival!” and will feature representation from countries such as Belgium, Brazil, Dominican Republic, Italy, Russia, Spain and many more! Learn about the many cultures that melt together to create our community. This festival will feature an international food court, world marketplace, live entertainment and a car show.  Bring the family along for children’s activities and even participate in the Colors of the World 5K!

Hinesville Market at Bradwell Park: March 19, 4PM-7PM at Bradwell Park in Hinesville, GA 

The Hinesville Market at Bradwell Park kicks off its 11th season on Thursday, March 19, 2020 in downtown Hinesville from 4 – 7p.m. Come out every Thursday until November and enjoy veggies and homemade goods. The 2020 market will be a thriving outlet for fresh farm and agricultural goods, as well as crafts, prepared foods and much more! Each market this year will have a weekly theme with activities, demonstrations, entertainment or music for you to enjoy!

2nd Annual Food Truck Festival: March 28,12PM-6PM in Downtown Hinesville

The Food Truck Festival, though only in its second year, has already become one of the biggest events in Hinesville! Last year thousands of people from all over came out to see what the event was all about, and this year we are expecting an even bigger turnout! Due to the success of last year, this year we will be adding more food truck vendors to choose from and extended hours. There will also be live entertainment, a kid zone, and the addition of the junkin’ and pickin’ market! Be sure to come out to this great event with FREE entry for the whole family to enjoy!
