Typically, we like to take it slow in Liberty County, especially during the summer months. But with the advent of fall and the cooler temps, it’s a great time get outdoors and get some exercise. When it comes to racing, we’ve got four distinct 5Ks scheduled for this October, taking you everywhere in Liberty County from our beautiful coastline, to downtown Hinesville, to our military base at Fort Stewart. Whether you want to get messy with a color run, be chased by zombies or just make this the start of a healthy habit, there’s a race here for you.

7th Annual Sunbury 5K-Sunbury is right on our coast, and you’ll be able view the gorgeous scenery all around. Take in a deep breath of the salty air and prepare to have fun! All registration proceeds are used to benefit local charities such as the local chapter of Vietnam Veterans, Liberty County Homeless Coalition and Carpathia Paws.
