Mark your calendar for our 6th Bi-Annual Food Truck Festival that will take place on Saturday, March 23rd from 11am-4pm in downtown Hinesville! This event has grown lots since it first began, so we decided to answer some frequently asked questions. We also included some reminders and rules, so that everyone is in the know and prepared to have the best time possible! Keep scrolling to learn everything you need to know.

This is what you will want to know:

1) If you are looking for the event – head to downtown Hinesville!

We recommend parking behind the Justice Center and/or Main Street shops! The event itself will be on Main Street and in Bradwell Park (Commerce/Midway Streets). Main, Commerce and Midway Streets, along with MLK Jr Drive, will be closed for the duration! If you need a map, check out the Facebook event for more information. If all else fails, follow the sound of the music and the smell of good food!

2) You are allowed to bring your own lawn chair. Grab a comfy chair & hang out with us all day long!

There will be live music for all to enjoy in Bradwell Park.

3) The event is FREE!

If all you want to do is listen to music and sit and chat with your neighbor, there is no reason that you cannot come out and have fun with us.

4) You will want to have cash on hand for food truck vendors.

Forget your cash? There are numerous ATMs within walking distance, the closest being The First Bank! Some vendors take cards, CashApp & Venmo, but it’s always best to have cash on hand and be prepared. The beer garden does NOT accept credit cards. It is cash, CashApp & Venmo ONLY!

5) There is a beer garden available for adults aged 21 or older.

You cannot bring outside coolers, but you can purchase a single cup of beer/wine or go bottomless for only $25! If you plan to drink, you MUST have a valid photo ID. We are a 100% ID check event. No ID? No service. We also serve one beverage per ID holder, so if you bring your sweetheart with you make sure they have an ID as well.

6) Kid activities will be provided by UBOUNCE for a cost.

Bring your kiddos and let them play all day long in the bouncy houses! You pay one time, and they can play as much as they want. Bounce houses do not have monitors, so you will want to make sure you watch your littles while they are playing.

7) A full array of arts and crafts vendors will be set up on Main Street.9 Things to Know About Liberty County’s 6th Bi-Annual Food Truck Festival

Stop by and grab some local handmade goods!

8) There will be port-a-potties and hand washing stations located on Midway Street for your convenience!

This is the road that runs along the side of Southern Roots Boutique & Salon. There are also restrooms located in Bradwell Park across from the splash pad.

9) Come hungry. There will be lots of delicious options to choose from!

Additional Reminders & Rules:

  • No soliciting / passing out things
  • Dog-friendly – just bring a baggie and a leash!
  • It’s probably gonna be hot! Bring your sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, etc.
  • Please keep in mind that this is a family-friendly event!
