The 26th Annual Illuminated Christmas Parade
- When: Friday, December 2 begins at 6:30pm
- Where: downtown Hinesville
Bring the family for a wonderful night at the 26th Annual Illuminated Christmas Parade! This illuminated parade brings in over 15,000 people to downtown Hinesville for a night of fun, memories and Christmas cheer! Be sure to mark your calendars for this festive downtown event!
Santa’s Mailbox
- When: November 2-December 16
- Where: Historic Bacon Fraser House, 208 E. Court Street in Hinesville
Each Christmas season the Liberty County Chamber of Commerce & CVB sets up Santa’s mailbox at the Bacon Fraser House. Kids from all around the county are always excited to line up and send their Christmas wish lists to Santa! Make sure to bring your child no later than December 16 so that Santa and his helpers can send a response before Christmas Day!
Wreaths for Warriors Walk Annual Wreath Ceremony
- When: Saturday, December 16
- Where: Warriors Walk on Fort Stewart
Our military men and women are a huge part of our community. Each year Wreaths for Warriors Walk honors and remembers those who have paid the ultimate sacrifice by placing a wreath on a tree representing a fallen hero who was part of the 3rd Infantry Division.
Hinesville for the Holidays
- When: Thursday, December 1
- Where: Bradwell Park in downtown Hinesville
Bring the whole family for a night of Christmas joy! Join the City of Hinesville as they bring the Christmas spirit to downtown Hinesville with their Christmas tree lighting & other festivities. They will have something for everyone to enjoy, including photos with Santa, train rides, bounce houses, popcorn, hot cocoa, live music and LOTS of fun!

56th Annual Christmas Tea Event
- When: Saturday, December 10
- Where: Midway Museum
It’s time for another Colonial-style celebration of Christmas at the Midway Museum. This exciting holiday event includes special teas, light refreshments, historical stories, Christmas decorations and you can even end the night with a tour of the museum! Christmas Bazaar and Fish Fry

- Where: Dorchester Village Civic Center
The Dorchester Village Civic Center is ready for their Christmas Bazaar and Fish Fry. Browse through unique gift items and crafts at the outdoor booths while you enjoy a delicious meal with family and friends.
Christmas at Sunbury
- When: November 26 from 11am-4pm
- Where: Sunbury Crab Co.
Enjoy Christmas on the water for a day of delight at the Sunbury Crab Company. Grab a seat with a wonderful view for lunch or dinner, listen to live music throughout the day and check out the vendors. Make your way to the coast for a day of holiday fun!
