Sickle Cell Awareness Month Applebee's Fundraiser

September 16, 2019 Applebee’s in Flemington, GA 5-9 pm and “Rock in the Red for Sickle Cell” on September 24th
September is National Sickle Cell Awareness Month, designated by Congress for the sole purpose of bringing this disease to the forefront and focus on research and treatment. The members of the Bryan/Liberty Chapter of Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc and Top Teens of America invite the community to the Applebee’s Fundraiser to support the Sickle Cell Disease Association of America (SCDAA).
We ask our community to “ Rock in the Red for Sickle Cell” on September 24, 2019, as an effort to support the Sickle Cell Disease Association of America (SCDAA) and use the following hashtags when posting photos (#SickleCellMatters, #2019AwarenessMonth, #SCDAA2019AwarenessMonth, #SCDSCTMatters). SCDAA’s theme for this year is Sickle Cell Matters. We ask that the community distribute flyers and facts sheets to provide more information to our residents and the greater communities.
