The Authentic Atmosphere.
As soon as you walk in, it feels as if you have been transported to other side of the globe! Let the music, smells and décor send you to another world. Take it all in while you enjoy your lunch or dinner! Feeling like having a pre-dinner cocktail? It is right across the street from another local favorite, The Parrot and Frog!

The Drinks!
Not only will you find various imported beers, Zum also offers specialty drinks you would only find in Germany! When the weather is cool, we enjoy a mug of their glühwein, a delicious hot and spiced wine! During the holiday season, we recommend giving it a try and then enjoying the Annual Illuminated Christmas Parade, which takes place on the streets right outside the restaurant! And did we mention when ordering a refreshing cold beer, you will be drinking out of a glass boot! Be sure to order a pretzel to go along with it! If you’re in the mood for something sweet instead of salty, you need a slice of the homemade chocolate cake. Everything about this place makes it unique and has us returning and wanting more!
-
The Location.
With the perfect location, it’s not hard to find! It’s easy to take a quick bite if you are enjoying some sunshine at Bradwell Park or attending one of many events like the Small World Festival or the Food Truck Festival! If you get hungry while shopping and visiting downtown stores like Thomas Hill Jewelers or Martin Mercantile, you don’t have to go far to fill up on a good wiener schnitzel.
-
The Friendly Staff.
They do a fantastic job hiring some of the most welcoming employees. Everyone on the team is eager to serve you and ensure you enjoy your experience. The staff members even wear traditional German-style clothing, contributing to the authentic feeling of the restaurant.
