Start your day off in the great outdoors by visiting Bryant Commons Park, located in the heart of downtown Hinesville. This passive park features a playground, 1-mile walking trail around a large pond, dog park and a lot of space to explore!

Another fun feature located inside Bryant Commons Park is the ITPA Telephone Museum! The home located at the entrance of the park is where you will find the museum which is filled with artifacts and interactive displays to make learning telephone history fun.

Before you leave downtown Hinesville, be sure to stop by the Old Liberty County Jail for a very cool experience guaranteed to spark the interest of the kids!

After a busy morning, everyone will be ready for lunch and what could be better than a restaurant that also happens to be an arcade?! Fang’s Island features an incredible menu sure to please you and the kids. While you’re waiting for your delicious food, let the huge arcade in the back keep everyone busy!

Spend the rest of the afternoon exploring and experiencing nature here in coastal Liberty County at Cay Creek Wetlands Interpretive Center. Discover the magic in nature as you see the change in flora and fauna moving from the fresh water swamp to the brackish water of the creek while walking the boardwalk.

Finish your day with dinner at Melody’s Coastal Cafe located in Midway. The restaurant features a mouthwatering menu with burgers, po’ boys, sandwiches, seafood dishes and even a special kids menu sure to make you giggle!
