For the last 46 years, the Liberty County Chamber of Commerce has worked hard to serve our community and the many businesses that keep our local economy going strong. We do this by promoting & highlighting our 500+ Chamber members, offering various networking opportunities and publishing our annual Liberty County Magazine. We also organize some of your favorite community events, such as the Bi-Annual Food Truck Festivals & the Annual Illuminated Christmas Parade. Promotion & Exposure to Our Community.
We love highlighting our local Liberty businesses as often as we can! We offer marketing opportunities for members at little to no cost through community newsletters, business spotlights, directory listings, and so much more. The Chamber can also act as a second storefront for our members, working to increase exposure and awareness throughout the county and beyond.
Networking
Our members are more than just friendly faces, they’re leaders in their industries and help our local businesses thrive. The Chamber hosts a variety of events for members to network and develop business contacts and potential customers. A great example would be our monthly Business After Hours (BAH) event. BAH is a great place for you to meet other business owners & professionals and it allows you to become the “face” of your business in our community.
Publications
One of the many ways we offer increased exposure to our members is through our Liberty County magazine, which is distributed throughout the county. Our magazine highlights a wide array of local businesses through articles and low-cost advertisement space; moreover, every membership also includes a listing in our Membership Directory – which is published in our magazine and on our website. Members also receive weekly emails from us, like our Liberty Pulse newsletter, which includes information about upcoming events in Liberty County.
Referrals
We regularly receive messages and requests from people in need of services or products, and through our referral program, we connect those individuals to our members to encourage and generate new business! Our referral system exists both over the phone and through our new online directory. Members also have access to our Welcome Center, where they can display pamphlets, brochures, and other literature about their business.
